Galerie Falk Losniza is delighted to present Kin Ting Li’s solo exhibition "This world", on view through 30 May in the gallery’s main exhibition space.

With hybrid forms, recognisable references, and morphing shapes, Kin Ting Li’s works challenge fixed meanings and displace interpretation. His paintings often feature richly textured surfaces, and the process of working against this friction unites subject and material. Through shifts in scale, the depicted spaces suggest both the microscopic and the cosmic. Protean renderings flow and transform, making size and location uncertain. These shapeshifting qualities create a metaphorical space that evokes the body, where human sensations can be compartmentalized and represented as distinct presences. The exhibition is accompanied by a text by artist and writer Sean Steadman.
